Fill up the customer Application form at DIGITEL NETWORK office and depost the initial charges.

Q.What setup do I need at my residence or office in order to subscribe to digitel Wireless Broadband service?

 

1.A 20 feet pole on the roof for CPE installation

2.PC/Laptop/Smart Devices should support the following

  • Intel P-IV 2 GHz or higher processor
  • 512 MB RAM
  • Minimum 2 GB free Hard disk space at the time of installation.
  • Operating System: Win 2000 Win XP, Win Vista Win 7
  • Ethernet LAN Card/ Port (10/100Base T) with TCP/IP support
  • Browser Options: IE 6.0 & above, Mozilla Firefox 3.0 & above, Opera, Google Chrome
  • Wi-Fi enabled devices (Smartphone's, tablets, touchpad's)
Q. WHAT IS ALWAYS ON SERVICE?

Always on service means permanent connection to the internet lets yu acess internet as soon as you switch on the computer and CPE

Q. how many phone and computer can i connect to internet?

you can connect many computers and mobile phones via WIFI router connected to our CPE but the internet speed will divide to all connected devices

Q. How do I check my usage or data left?

you can check your usage on the main portal with your provided username and password.

Q. what is the cpe & Where is the CPE installed?

The CPE is outdoor equipment (Reciever) which will be installed outside your premises. It is usually installed on terrace or in balcony from where the connectivity to the Access Point is good to provide reliable service.

Q. is it wifi internet?
its wireless technology not WIFI.you can not connect your phone or laptop wifi to the CPE.you need a wifi router extra to get wifi connectivity in your home
Q. why i am getting yellow sign on the window taskbar?

its depends on various factor

first check the device is on or not

check the loose wires

call our support service before doing any changes to connection
